☵ over ☴ · Water over Wind
井。改邑不改井,无丧无得,往来井井。汔至亦未繘井,羸其瓶,凶。

Water over Wind. The well that serves everyone. Unchanged by use.

The Lines

初六:井泥不食,旧井无禽。

Line 1 — Mud of the well is not drunk from. Neglected source. Tend your depth or it becomes mud.

九二:井谷射鲋,瓮敝漏。

Line 2 — At the well hole, one shoots fishes. Using the well for the wrong purpose.

九三:井渫不食,为我心恻,可用汲,王明,并受其福。

Line 3 — The well is cleaned, but no one drinks from it. The talent is real but unrecognized. The sorrow of being ready and unseen.

六四:井甃,无咎。

Line 4 — The well is being lined. Maintenance. The improvement is real.

九五:井冽寒泉,食。

Line 5 — A clear, cold spring from which one can drink. The perfect well. Clean, cold, available.

上六:井收勿幕,有孚元吉。

Line 6 — One draws from the well without hindrance. Unlimited access to the source.
