So the day master surrenders not to one master but to the trend itself — the combined current of everything that fills the chart.
This is the rarest of the surrender formations. It is read only when a true surrender holds but no clean 从财, 从杀, or 从儿 can be diagnosed — when the strong forces are genuinely mixed and the self must follow the whole势 rather than any one channel. The person lives carried by a current made of several forces at once, defined by the mixed trend rather than a single dominant theme.
It runs well when the three strong channels circulate into one another and the luck cycles stay among them. Like all 从格, it is broken by a 印 or 比劫 that roots the day master.
